NECTFL Call for Proposals - Deadline approaching

PSMLA Executive Council Nominations - Now Open

Each year terms end for 3 PSMLA Executive Council members. We invite you to run for election or to nominate someone to run for election to serve a 3-year term on the PSMLA Executive Council. The Nominee must be a member of PSMLA for at least a year. Please send an email expressing your interest to Isabel Espino de Valdivia (Nominations and Elections Committee Chair) at idevaldivia@gmail.com. You will be notified if your name or the nominee's name will be included on the slate for the elections in the Fall. The nomination period will end at midnight on June 30, 2017.

French AP Professional Development Opportunity

The Montgomery County Intermediate Unit Advanced Placement® Summer Institute has been endorsed by the College Board.  The APSI is designed to engage both novice and experienced AP teachers.  Through the APSI, participants will work with veteran, College Board certified instructors to:

  • Review recent updates in AP programs and exams

  • Reflect on instructional delivery practices that impact student learning in an AP environment

  • Examine course design options that best fit their settings

  • All APSIs operate on the following schedule: Mon-Thurs 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM w/lunch included
