The 2025 PSMLA Annual Conference will be hosted from Thursday, October 16, through Friday, October 17, 2025, at the Historic Hotel Bethlehem located in northeastern Pennsylvania. There will be an optional pre-conference workshop on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at a location TBD.
The conference will officially open on Thursday, October 16 with 6 concurrent sessions, a keynote address, and a membership appreciation reception and an evening social.
The conference continues on Friday, October 17 with 5 concurrent sessions, and a cold buffet lunch with award ceremony and closing remarks. The conference will officially conclude after lunch.
Presentations will address topics related to world language education, such as community, communicative pedagogy, technology integration, diversity/equity/inclusion/social justice, and more.
Cost of tables in the exhibit hall:

* If you purchase 3 tables, you are eligible to bring a 3rd representative.
Additional representative will be the cost of two breakfasts = $62.
All who staff the table must register to attend the conference. Exhibit representatives can go to sessions but their lunch is not included. If you would like to join us for lunch, please order a lunch. It will give you the chance to network with members. The lunch price and the purchase button will be available in the future.
AATs can have one table for $285. An AAT liaison who is interested in purchasing a table can contact conference@psmla.org. AAT reps do not have to pay extra for lunches, because they register for the conference and the lunches are included in the registration fee.
