Spanish-ESL Teacher (FT), Central PA

Fannett-Metal School District has an opening for a permanent FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHER (PA Spanish and ESL Certifications) Grades 7-12 Full Time Position for the start of the 2017-18 school year. Dual certificated applicants preferred.  A high level of fluency in Spanish is desirable.  The candidate must have a good communication skills and a good working relationship with staff, students, and parents.  Candidate should be familiar with (and preferably have experience with) high school students and their needs.  Interested candidates will need to provide a signed cover letter, resume, certification/licenses, transcripts, signed PDE-6004 form (Act 24 and 82), current Acts 31, 34, 151, 168, TB test results and FBI fingerprint clearances dated within one year and three current letters of recommendation. Pennsylvania certification in Spanish required; strong GPA; excellent references; salary dependent upon experience and degree.
