German Teacher (LTS), Pittsburgh, PA

The North Allegheny School District is in search of a German teacher.  The position is for a long term substitute for the entire first semester at our 9-10 building. Interested candidates can contact Dr. Brendan Hyland at North Allegheny Intermediate High School.

Permanent Spanish Teacher (PT), Bloomsburg, PA

Columbia-Montour AVTS is seeking applicants for a part time, permanent secondary Spanish teacher. The applicant will be teaching Spanish for four academic periods per day in a high school setting.  Experience with ACTFL/McRel standards required.  Candidates must possess current PA Certificate in Spanish.  (PA Standard Teaching Application)

Candidates will not be considered for an interview unless a complete packet of the following is submitted:

Resume, Application, proof of applying for Act 34, Act 114, and Act 151 clearances, and completed Act 168 and Act 24 forms.  Teaching positions must also submit Transcripts, Praxis Scores, Copy of PA Teaching Certificate or Letter of Completion from Dean of Students.

Candidates who are selected for an interview will then need to provide proof of original Act 34, 114, and 151 clearances and give permission for Act 168 form(s) to be released to current and past employers.
