Job Opportunity

Spanish Teacher (LTS), Eastern, PA

A Long Term Substitute teaching opportunity for Spanish is available at Nazareth Area High School, with dates to be determined (approx. start January 2018 – end of school year).  Pennsylvania teaching certificate in Spanish is required; position will include Spanish I, II, and III.

Salary will be in accordance with the current salary schedule.  Applicants must submit a Pennsylvania Standard Teaching Application, letter of interest, resume, copy of PA teaching certificate, college transcripts, three letters of recommendation/reference, and the following forms current within one year:  Act 34 (PA Criminal History) and Act 151 (PA Child Abuse History) clearances, FBI check, and Act 82 form to Human Resources, One Education Plaza, Nazareth, PA  18064.  Additional paperwork will be required prior to/upon hire, including but not limited to PA School Health Record with TB test, Act 168 for current and previous employers, and I-9.  Deadline to apply:  September 29, 2017.
