Refunds:
No conference registration refunds (less membership) will be given after October 1, 2022. Review our Refund Policy for more information.

Registration & Payment Instructions:

  • Select the appropriate registration items below. Special rates are available to presenters, retirees, full-time students, current PSMLA executive council members, and PSMLA past presidents.
  • PSMLA Account: You will be prompted to log in to or create a PSMLA online account.  Current and previous members should log in or follow the instructions to request your password.
  • Online Payment: This is the preferred payment method to complete your registration.  Major credit and debit cards are accepted, and a PayPal account is not required.
  • Payment by Check: After completing online registration, you may mail a check along with a copy of the online registration confirmation you will receive via email. Checks must be postmarked by September 30, 2022 (August 31, 2022 for the Early Bird rate); after this date, please choose the online payment option. If payment is being made by a school or university business office, verify that checks are mailed by this date to ensure that registration is complete on time. Please make checks payable to PSMLA and mail payment to PSMLA Treasurer, 87B Partridge Circle, Carlisle, PA 17013. Registration is not complete until your payment by check is received.
  • Confirmation: Registration is complete when you have registered and paid online, or when you have registered online and your check payment has been received. PSMLA will contact any registrants whose payment is not received by October 7, 2022.
  • Note: All registrations must be paid in full in order to enter the conference venue.

In registering, you give PSMLA permission to use images taken of you during the conference, to send PSMLA news and information to your email address, and to share your email address with exhibitors who may contact you prior to the conference only. If you prefer to opt out of photos and videos, please identify yourself on-site to any PSMLA representative taking photos or videos.

Rates shown are late rates available from October 1 to the beginning of the conference. The pay-by-check option is no longer available.

Non-members must add a one-year membership (effective through June 30, 2023) to the cart prior to being able to check out.
