PSMLA Fall Conference – October 13-15, 2016
THANK YOU to everyone who made this year’s PSMLA conference a huge success, especially all the attendees. It all started with an excellent Pre-conference workshop conducted by Dr. Bonnie Adair-Hauck on Thursday on the Integrated Performance Assessment. And even the weather cooperated for the weekend, no rain and NO SNOW.
We had many teachers and students from all over the state, and a few from the states of New York and Ohio. There were textbook exhibitors, representatives from Travel Companies and Technology Companies, a couple of opportunities to buy jewelry, and much more. Twenty-five persons joined in the fun on the optional winery tour on Friday evening after the conference. Some attendees had fun with the Language Lotto and on the Silent Auction where they bid on a variety of items.
The PSMLA Awards Ceremony was held during the luncheon on Friday. Congratulations to this year’s recipients.
We hope to see everyone next year on October 5-7, 2017 at the Holiday Inn Harrisburg / Hershey in Grantville, PA.
