Advocacy Initiatives Webinar

If you want to know what is happening with world language programs at the state and national level, a free webinar explaining World Language Advocacy initiatives will be offered on Thursday, February 17th at 6:30 PM for all PSMLA members. The webinar will be hosted by Cherie Garrett, the current chair of the PSMLA Advocacy Committee. The presentation will explain the federal initiatives presented at the JNCL-NCLIS Advocacy Days on Feb. 2-4, 2022 and will explain ways that world language educators can advocate to maintain or expand their existing program.

In order to register for this event, you will need to log in to your PSMLA account or create a new account. When you click on "Register" you will be asked to log in if you have not done so already. If you need to renew your membership or to create a new account, click here. The event is open to all current members as well as to members whose membership has expired or to individuals who sign up for a new account. A membership does not need to be purchased at this time.
