Exhibit Hall Information

Our conference provides a high-visibility, high-engagement environment for exhibitors seeking meaningful connections with world language educators and decision-makers.

Expected Attendance: Approximately 150 participants

Prime Location: The exhibit hall is located directly across from conference registration and between two of the largest session rooms, ensuring regular foot traffic throughout the event.

Dedicated Exhibit Times: Scheduled exhibit hall visits are built into the program to maximize interaction:
• Friday – Prior to the first session, morning break, afternoon break
• Saturday – Prior to the first session, morning break

Central Hub of Activity: The exhibit hall also serves as the location for snacks and refreshments, encouraging repeated attendee visits. Additionally, attendees will receive a “passport” to promote visits to exhibitors.

WiFi Included: Complimentary wireless internet access is provided for all exhibitors.

These features are designed to give exhibitors consistent exposure, dedicated networking opportunities, and ample time to engage with attendees in a relaxed, conversational setting. Adding a sponsorship item can further increase visibility.

Each 6-foot table includes skirting and two chairs for up to two representatives. Lunch and snacks may be added for $45 per representative, per day. Shipping and setup details will be shared in the fall.

Exhibitors may submit proposals for pedagogically focused sessions by April 30. If a proposal is accepted, presenters must register as paid conference attendees; registration includes lunch and snacks.
